Difficulty Level

The Tilicho Lake Trek is considered moderately difficult due to the highest elevation above 4916 m above sea level, there are high possibilities of getting acute mountain sickness at such altitudes. The final walk to the lake in the morning starts around 4 a.m. This is the hardest part of this trek. The views,sights, lake itself is worth the walk.
